PHADA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
2026 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
The PHADA Scholarship Program is available to high school seniors living in public or assisted housing. If you are interested in applying for the 2026 scholarship you can get an application at the BHA office during normal business hours. The application deadline is January 23, 2026 and three scholarships will be awarded.
