Regular Pest Control is done Quarterly on the 3rd Tuesday for the developments listed:

- March, July, November - Sunrise Apartments
- April, August, December - Raymond Sanders #2 and Johnny Green Apartments
HVAC Filter Changes
- HVAC Filters are a 90-day filter changed every 3 months. January, April, July, and October
