• January 8, 2026 (Thursday) - Filter Change at Raymond Sanders 1
• January 12, 2026 (Monday) - Regular Board Meeting at BHA Office at 5:30 PM
• January 15, 2026 (Thursday) - Filter Change at Raymond Sanders 2 and Johnnie Green
• January 19, 2026 (Monday) - Office Closed for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
• January 20, 2026 (3rd Tuesday) - Pest Control conducted at Raymond Sanders 1
• January 22, 2026 (Thursday) - Filter Change at Sunrise and Fairview
• January 26, 2026 (Monday) - NSPIRE Inspections at 9:00 AM

PHADA Scholarship Program 
2026 Scholarship Application

The PHADA Scholarship Program is available to high school seniors living in public or assisted housing. If you are interested in applying for the 2026 scholarship you can get an application at the BHA Office during normal business hours. The application deadline is January 23, 2026 and three scholarships will be awarded.
